REPORT: PK Kemsley May ‘Go After’ Dorit Kemsley Bravo Money in Divorce

Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley discuss drama in RHOBH confessional interview.

Dorit Kemsley’s Bravo money could be up for grabs in her divorce from estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley.

Legal expert Ronald Richards, who has been involved in other legal scandals involving members of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, tells The U.S. Sun that PK could go after Dorit’s Bravo money in their ongoing divorce.

“I think Dorit’s salary is highly visible and PK has passive investments. If they are not produced, it may subject her to a spousal support award. Any housewives IP [intellectual property] is community property. If PK doesn’t have cash, Dorit could even have to pay for his attorney,” Richards explains.

“My view is Dorit knows where PK’s money is and will try to show his income,” Richards adds, noting that he believes the RHOBH star will get child support as their two children, Jagger and Phoenix, spend the majority of their time with Dorit as PK is often traveling.

“If a marriage is considered a long time, then the court retains jurisdiction to award spousal support forever and the cut-off is ten years,” he said. “There is a policy that spouses have to work and Dorit works so the court always has discretion to depart but these presumptions dramatically affect a divorce in California.”

It remains unclear how much money PK has in the bank as the UK businessman has faced several lawsuits and multiple tax issues over the years.
