Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa just can’t seem to make it work. On Wednesday, Page Six reported that the engaged couple split for the second time “a few months ago.”

“After a meaningful chapter together, I’ve made the decision to respectfully end our engagement and return the ring,” Katharina told the outlet earlier this week, noting that she “wasn’t asked to [return the ring]” but “insisted” because she “felt it was the right thing to do.”

The 29-year-old claims that she ended her relationship with Lenny after she came to “a quiet realization that sometimes love transforms, and letting go with grace is the most dignified path forward.”

Katharina wishes Lenny “nothing but peace and fulfillment on his journey,” adding that she is “fully focused” on creating her “next chapter with intention, independence and presence.”

Lenny and Katharina became re-engaged in December 2024 after splitting in August. The Miami based plastic surgeon first popped the question in July 2023.

The origins of Lenny and Katharina’s relationship remain murky. Lenny’s ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, has claimed he cheated on her with Katharina while Lenny continues to maintain that wasn’t the case.

The Real Housewives of Miami star has since moved on with boyfriend, Jody Glidden.

Oddly enough, Lisa has also recently reconciled with Lenny’s mother, Marina Hochstein. The former in-laws recently hung out at the RHOM season 7 premiere party.

Lisa admitted that both she and Marina wanted to reconcile, hinting that Marina has now “seen things” that Lisa previously brought to light.

“It took her a little longer to see,” she said, adding that someone’s “mask came off.”

Meanwhile, Marina told Page Six, “He’s my son. Although sometimes he could be wrong, but it’s too late to teach him.”
