Bank to sieze Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Atlanta mansion

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were forcibly booted out of their Alpharetta, Georgia mansion by U.S. Marshals three months after they sold the property, according to PEOPLE

The home, which has been a bone of contention in Kim and Kroy’s ongoing divorce, sold in January for $2.8 million, per property records.

However, three months later on April 8 U.S. Marshals “ejected” Kim and Kroy from their home, which boasts seven bedrooms, a sex-car garage, a gym, a 500-bottle walk-in wine cellar, a heated pool, and a home theater.

Documents state that the U.S. Marshals were “commanded” to remove Kim and Kroy “with his/her property hereon from said house and premises and to deliver full and quiet possession” to the new homeowners.

The same day Kim and Kroy were removed from their longtime home, the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG was selling furniture from their home on her Instagram Story.

“Ariana’s bedroom furniture is for sale, $10,000 hand painted perfect condition,” the 47-year-old shared alongside photos. No word on if the furniture which originally cost $45k ever sold or not.

It’s unclear where Kim and Kroy are currently living with their four minor children: KJ, 14, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. It’s also unknown if the two are continuing to live together amid their ugly divorce.

The pair wed in November 2011 and officially split in May 2023 after 12 years of marriage.

Since then the two have faced numerous financial issues included millions owed in back taxes. Their now-former home was facing foreclosure and was set to auction off by Truist Bank in December 2024.
