Monique Samuels is officially returning to The Real Housewives of Potomac for season 10!
“Monique’s in a totally different place now, and fans will see that,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She’s excited to show who she is now — not as a wife, not as just a mom, but as a woman starting over and taking on life on her own terms.”
The now 41-year-old first joined the Potomac Housewives franchise during season 3 in 2017. Monique quickly became a fan favorite however by season 5 her drama with co-star Candiace Dillard left fans divided.
As a result, Monique exited the hit reality series in 2020.
Since leaving RHOP, Monique’s life has changed quite a bit. In September 2023, Monique finalized her divorce from Chris Samuels. The former couple were married for 11 years and share three children together: Milani, 9, Christopher, 12, and Chase, 6.
Monique will join returning RHOP stars Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Keiarna Stewart, Stacey Rusch, and Wendy Osefo for season 10, which is currently in production.
