The weather isn’t the only thing heating up in Beverly Hills. Reports are circulating that divorce proceedings between former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple Dorit Kemsley and Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley are about ignite.

An insider claims that Dorit believes that her estranged husband was being “calculated” when he engaged in a very public PDA session with reality TV star Shana Wall.

“Dorit has nothing against Shana. She doesn’t [even] know her. But she does think PK did it deliberately,” a source tells Life & Style. “Dorit’s seen the photos, and she’s calling it out for what it is — a calculated move.”

In late April, PK was spotted making out with Amazing Race contestant Shana Wall [50] outside of Cipriani’s in NYC.

Two days later, Dorit officially filed for divorce; seeking sole legal and physical custody of her and PK’s two children – Jagger [11] and Phoenix [9].

The insider adds that Dorit has found her voice and is ready to go toe-to-toe with PK during their divorce proceedings.

“Dorit has finally found her voice and she isn’t backing down. She’s ready to go to battle if that’s what PK wants,” the insider notes.

The now former Bravo couple have been married since March 2015 and DO NOT have a prenup. In California, a marriage lasting ten years or longer is considered a “long term” partnership and can influence spousal support.

On top of seeking sole legal and physical custody of Jagger and Phoenix, the longtime RHOBH star is also requesting spousal support from PK. However, it remains unclear how much money PK has in the bank as the UK businessman has faced several lawsuits and multiple tax issues over the years.
