Kathy Hilton knows when to fight the good fight and when to keep her opinions to herself which is why she steered clear of her sister Kyle Richards drama with Dorit Kemsley throughout season 14 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“I think with Dorit and Kyle, my feeling is if I get in the middle of something, they’re gonna make up and then, I’m the bad guy, so Kyle is a big girl and she knows how to handle herself very well,” Kathy Hilton told Page Six in New York City on Wednesday.

The socialite added that she will “always” support her baby sister but also knows that Kyle is a reality TV pro and knows how to handle herself.

“I think she can handle herself, and she does a good job of doing it very well,” Kathy said before teasing that she had “a lot of fun” returning to RHOBH as a friend for season 14.

In the season 14 trailer, Bravo fans saw Kyle and Dorit endure several heated arguments. In one such fight the two former friends nearly come to blows with Kyle screaming at Dorit: “What more do you f–king want from me?”

“I want you to stop f–king raising your voice to me!” Dorit shouted back.

Kyle and Dorit’s longtime friendship took a turn last season when Dorit claimed that Kyle sent her a “manipulative text” ahead of the RHOBH season 13 reunion. Kyle then got angry that Dorit revealed their private text on the show.

Their friendship woes are set to play out during season 14 which premieres on November 19.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
