Over the past year, the bank has threatened to foreclose on the home multiple times however the estranged Don’t Be Tardy couple was always able to work out a last minute deal to keep their Alpharetta mansion.

Earlier this month, Kroy publicly begged Kim to sign off on the sale of their home before it fell into foreclosure yet again.

According to Kroy’s attorney, the family is in a “deep [financial] hole.” The former NFL star wants to what is “best” for everyone which means offloading their family home. Kroy hopes selling the home will help he and Kim pay off their growing debt. The two owe over $1.2 million in back taxes amid other debts including outstanding gambling and credit card bills.

Kroy also revealed that he and Kim are on the verge of losing their house again as he is struggling to make payments despite selling personal items to pay the mortgage.

The RHOA alums purchased their home in 2012. The home acted as the backdrop for the family’s Bravo reality TV show, Don’t Be Tardy, which aired for seven seasons.
