It’s no secret that the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast needs some reconfiguration. Am I right?
I’m not saying that Bravo needs to necessarily get rid of anyone in the RHONJ cast but it’s clear they need to add some new blood into the mix to freshen up the drama. I know we are all so exhausted of the stale family drama between Teresa Giudice and Joe and Melissa Gorga. Yawn.
Personally, I’d love to see Bravo bring back former stars like Caroline Manzo and Kathy Wakile in order shake up the dynamics on RHONJ. As any RHONJ fan knows, Caroline and Teresa don’t get along but Caroline is also on shaky ground with her step-niece Danielle Carbal since she joined the show during season 13. Talk about two winning storylines. Plus, Caroline’s son, Albie Manzo, is getting married soon so it would be fun to see that play out on the show. As for Kathy, she and hubby Rich Wakile had a major falling out with the Gorgas after they left the show. Recently, Rich made it clear that he has no interest in reconciling with Joe and Melissa. However, he did recently make amends with Joe Giudice while vacationing in the Bahamas. Bringing the Wakiles back into the mix would be super interesting. Plus, they are building a new house just doors away from Joe and Melissa. What are the odds? Bravo would be foolish to not try and get the Wakilies back on RHONJ for season 14.
While I’d love to some old school RHONJ cast members return, I’m also down to bring some fresh meat into the mix.
I’ve been scouring social media to find some women that could possibly be great fits for RHONJ and I think I found some winners.
Ashley Earle

Not only is Ashley Earle the stepmom of TikTok superstar Alix Earle, she also has quite the scandalous past of her own. Ashley Earle is none other than the infamous Ashley Dupree. Ashley is a former call girl who found herself in the public eye amid Eliot Spitzer’s prostitution scandal in 2008.
Ashley went on to write a sex column à la Carrie Bradshaw for the New York Post. She’s 38 years old and lives in Monmouth County, NJ. She is married to Thomas “TJ” Earle, who is the CEO of a New Jersey-based road construction company, named Earle, which has a yearly estimated revenue of $24.1M. So, Ashley is RICHHHH. The couple have three young children together.
Bravo putting the Earle family on RHONJ would be a huge hit and ratings driver for the franchise. Think of all the Gen-Xers that would be tuning it for a glimpse the Earle family and their beloved TikTok Queen, Alix. For reference, Alix has over 5 million TikTok followers, who clamor over her every move.
Candice Laurita

Meet Candice Laurita. If you’re unfamilar with Candice she is the niece of RHONJ OG’s Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita. She’s also the stepsister of Danielle Cabral. Candice’s mom is married to Danielle’s mom.
You’ve probably seen Candice in the background of early seasons of RHONJ and on Manzo’d With Children. She’s in her 30s and shares two kids with her husband, Josh. Candice runs her own boutique, Dazzle Candy, in Wayne, NJ and often appears on her cousin, Albie Manzo’s podcast, Dear Albie.
It’s unclear if Candice has the luxe lifestyle Bravo fans love but she has a unique connection to the past and present RHONJ cast that would give her an interesting storyline on the show. From the looks of it Candice and her step-sister Danielle are on good terms but looks can also be deceiving. Step-sisters fighting? Who wouldn’t love to watch that.
Gia Casey

Gia Casey is a best-selling author and is married DJ Envy aka RaaShaun Casey. The New Jersey power couple have seven beautiful children between them and live a super luxurious lifestyle that includes exotic vacations and more high end cars and designer goods than you can count.
The couple are good friends with RHONJ OG Teresa Giudice. From what I can see Gia and her husband would make excellent additions to the RHONJ cast. Their lifestyle alone screams: “Put us on reality TV.” But they are a stunning couple with a gorgeous family and lifestyle that would appeal to Bravo fans.
Michelle Colombo

Michelle Colombo is 32 and lives with her husband, Paolo and their two young children in Franklin Lakes, NJ. From her Instagram, Michelle is quite connected to the RHONJ cast. The mom of two is friends with Melissa Gorga, Jackie Goldschneider, Jen Fessler, and Rachel Fuda.
Michelle and Paolo recently did a couple’s dinner night with the Gorgas and Fudas. Not much is known about Michelle and Paolo but they are a young, good looking, well-traveled and seemingly successful couple, which are all good markers for reality TV. Paolo is part owner of the Norwood based eatery, Verana.
Turns out Michelle has another connection to the RHONJ cast. In July, Michelle had dinner with Caroline and Lauren Manzo at her husband’s restaurant.
Taja Abitbol

Last but certainly not least, is a good friend of Teresa Giudice and Jennifer Aydin, who seems like she’d be a perfect fit for RHONJ. Taja Abitbol was recently spotted out and about having a girls night out in NYC with Teresa and Jennifer.
From the looks of it Taja is a globetrotter, who spends her time in-between NYC, Miami, and Paris so she isn’t a Jersey girl but she could be a really good friend of the Housewives. Taja is super glamorous and gorgeous. She’s also well connected to the Bravoverse. On top of being friends with Jennifer and Teresa, she is also friends with RHOA alum Cynthia Bailey and RHOM’s Guerdy Abraira.
Taja could be a really great friend of the Housewives. Not only can she bring the glam but she can be back up for Teresa and Jennifer plus show off their fun and fabulous friendship.
